This listing is for a beautiful 19thc antique fine French embroidered whitework handkerchief. The antique French handkerchief features a dainty embroidered whitework flower and leaf design around the 4 sides of the handkerchief. There are 4 large detailed floral whitework flowers motifs with tiny needlelace filling in each of the 4 corners. One corner has a gorgeous whitework embroidered initials JL monogram with tiny whitework flowers and needlelace fillings. Also, decorated with a embroidered coronet.

Antique French Embroidered Whitework Handkerchief Condition: 5 holes of which 4 are very tiny pinholes (see photos). A couple of rust marks. The antique French handkerchief is in "as is condition" and I have not laundered it due to its delicacy. Please take a close look at all of the above photos which are intended to form part of the item description.
The handkerchief material is a very fine lawn. Color: Cream.
